I have done it!! I have managed to come up with the perfect roasted potato recipe that works out EVERY TIME i do it!  Usually i have issues with them not crisping up enough, sticking to my casserole dish the whole nine yards.  But i think I have done it finally, with playing around with all types of potatoes I have found just the right ones for us!  Since I was so proud of myself, and since I also i know i needed to do a blog i thought why not share my discovery! 
-Step one- 
use mini yellow potatoes, they have a really thin skin and they cook too be nice sweet, and moist.  Preheat your oven to 425F and cut little potatoes into quarters.

-Step Two-
add EVOO, paprika, salt, pepper, granulated garlic and only a dash of vegeta to the potatoes (no i don’t measure i just have fun, do what you like!) and stir together; then toss into the oven setting timer to 45 min (keep an eye on it times vary on the ovens i find).

-Step Three- 
EAT!!!! MMMmmmmm so good, should be nice and crispy, if you like them extra crispy put the temperature up to 450F for the last ten minutes.
