As I said before the boys and I just love to go to Disney on Ice and every year we make sure to check out the show.  The boys are getting older and enjoying them even more now than they did when they were younger!  I can even say that, compared to a few of the kids around us, my boys are also more wise in the ways of Disney.  Made this Disney nerd mama pretty proud when they were answering the girls questions about PRINCESS movies.  Yup, proud.

So you will believe me when I tell you that this had to have been my boys favorite Disney on Ice performance yet.  I largely think that is because of the large diversity of the shows cast there are a LOT of characters to see from so many great movies: Nightmare Before Christmas, Lilo and Stitch, Toy Story etc… PLUS pretty much all princes and princesses adding that really extra special element to dazzle the crowd.

The effects were never ending giving us all lots of great surprises along the way.  As with all Disney shows the cast was divine with really great high energy to get everyone into the show and the best part is it is partially interactive.  The kids have to yell out answers, warn mickey and the gang about poison apples and all that good stuff.

DisneyOnIce2014_001With so much love put into the show, such a great cast and lots of things for the kids to see you really can’t go wrong with a night out at Disney on Ice, a great way to start off the Christmas season in my opinion!  Not to mention end off the Halloween season with a little Jack Skellington and some of the epic Disney villans.

As a kid I used to love these shows and being able to share these same moments with my boys really is something special.  Disney is such a huge part of my life and I am so happy Disney is such a huge part of my boys lives too.  Something we will forever bond over.
