Being a woman is not always a glamorous ride, believe you me. It isn’t all perfect nail polish and great hair days, sometimes it is crying for no reason into a tub of ice cream while your chin hairs blow in the wind. Sometimes it isn’t pretty and most of us shrug these things off as “normal” or “just how it is”. But I am tired of hearing that, I am tired of being a crazy mess every month for a week – I want some normalcy. Which is exactly how I ran into Pascoe all natural products.

I need to start focusing on me and what my body needs to feel good.

I wanted something that could help level me out and all my crazed hormones raging through me each time aunt flow came to visit. It was starting to affect my work efficiency each month as well – having two weeks of great productivity and then a big lull of feeling bloated, irritable and exhausted.

These reasons and so many more is why I decided to begin my journey to feeling good again, even if it is my time of the month. To not let aunt flow dictate what I could go out and do and who with: “I am my own woman!” screams the teenager inside of me! Afterall I have spent a large portion of my life being run by my own hormones. Through my teen years the battle was a wild one filled with discovery and drama and now that I am approaching my 30s and have had two kids everything has changed all over again. Those changes haven’t always left me feeling better, and sometimes leave me longing for my drama filled “easy period” teen years. So I need to change it up and thankfully I am going to have a little help to do just that.

From this day forth I will be taking control of how I am feeling each day and that means starting this new adventure. I will be taking a trial run of Pascofemin a homeopathic remedy by Pascoe Natural Healthcare. It is made just for women like me who feel a little out of balance: used to relieve symptoms associated with menopause, PMS, and other hormonal disturbances.

The battle against my hormones and PMS symptoms has begun and I can’t wait to see how I feel in the end. I am hoping for great things and lots of productivity in the next few weeks and I can’t wait to share with you all about it!

Follow along as I share with you my ups and downs as I try to feel great during my time of the month.
