Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup

I love to cook and my husband loves to bake and together we are always creating in the kitchen. When we have especially fun ingredients, like the OMNI Pure Coco cannabis infused coconut oil, we are really excited to start testing out recipes. You see up here in Vancouver B.C. things are finally legal and official so that means we have even more amazing ways to manage our pain that doesn’t mean heavy prescriptions!

We basically jumped on the chance to try out these great products and get experimenting in the kitchen making all kinds of goodies, goodies that I can’t wait to keep sharing with you.

So after a few messes in the kitchen we came up with something we were both totally head over heels in love with using two of our favorite dessert flavors: chocolate for me and peanut butter for my hubby. Infused with the amazing OMNI Pure Coco we created something magically delicious: chocolate peanut butter cups that are beyond simple to do.

We basically created the ultimate chill out chocolate, this puppy is strong and is great if you are in desperate need of a deep sleep or are recovering from chemo treatments or surgery. It is a great way to enhance that rest you need and help those worries melt away while all your muscles relax. Remember you can always substitute our infused coconut oil from MyEden with regular coconut oil without any affect on the recipes ability to form properly.

Magically Delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Yield: 10-12 cups

Magically Delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps of OMNI Pure Coco cannabis infused coconut oil
  • 120 grams of dark chocolate
  • ΒΌ cup of peanut butter
  • 1 tsp of coarse sea salt (garnish)
  • Foil cups for your molds

Instructions

  1. First get your foil cups or molds ready to go and start breaking your chocolate into smaller pieces.
  2. Melt 60g of your chocolate using the double boiling method. If you would like stronger treats you can add in 1 tsp of additional Pure Coco to each of the chocolate layers you prepare. Keep stirring your chocolate to melt evenly and quickly.
  3. Once melted pour a small spoonful into the bottom of each of your cups, then place into freezer for 15 minutes.
  4. When ready combine your peanut butter and 2 tbsps of Pure Coco into a microwave safe bowl and heat for 20 seconds, enough to melt enough for your to thoroughly mix together till smooth.
  5. Pour a spoonful of your peanut butter mixture into each of your cups and again place into the freezer for another 15 minutes.
  6. After the peanut butter has set repeat your chocolate layer step and top off each of your cups let set in freezer for 5 minutes.
  7. After 5 minutes top with a pinch of coarse salt and put back in the freezer for another 10 minutes.
  8. Enjoy!

All in all these were a total success and a perfect addition to your day, whatever you might need them for. They are simple, taste great and are definitely crowd pleasers if you even want to share them – totally wouldn’t blame you if you kept all the chocolate peanut butter cup all for yourself.

Remember to store in the fridge or freezer, especially during hotter months!
